Plot Summary:

Somewhere on the churning fury of the South China Sea, an elite team of Naval commandoes led by Hacket (Lorenzo Lamas of RENEGADE) launches a daring assault on notorious international terrorist Azir (Steven Bauer of SCARFACE).
